2XU are the leading brand in compression gear, making the highest quality of products, including these Flex Compression Arm Sleeves. I believe these arm sleeves are the best sleeves on the market. The seamless design and knitted compression material give great comfort for the whole arm. Around the elbow joint they have designed the material to be more flexible to allow you to have full range of motion. This is great for volleyball as it allows for dynamic movements whether hitting, setting or passing. The knitted compression material offers great breathability throughout the whole sleeve allowing the athlete to remain at a stable temperature and not hold excess sweat.

The compression technology provides a great fit around the whole arm. The combination of tighter material around the upper and lower arm and more flexible material around the elbow makes for a great balance between compression and movement. I have had these sleeves for over 2 years and haven't had any deterioration of the material structure or amounts of compression. Some of my teammates have ended up with small holes on the elbow at the end of the season from the court but this hasn't happened to me. Even when these small holes would appear, the rest of the sleeve structure didn't change and it remained fully functional.

These sleeves come in multiple sizes ranging from XXS to XXL allowing you to find the perfect fit. I have found that the sizing guide is very accurate as it uses exact measurements around your bicep and forearm.

The mix between high levels of comfort, compression and breathability make for a high performing product perfectly suited to the needs of a volleyballer. The feeling of the ball when passing big jump servers is much nicer with the sleeves on and have no impact on your control or movement. This is one of my favourite compression garments and I will continue to use them very regularly throughout my career.

My verdict: These are my favourite pair of arm sleeves. The top quality compression material provides a perfect combination of comfort, performance and breathability. I wouldn't buy any other arm sleeve!

Value: $40 AUD - Great price for the best arm sleeves on the market!
