Refund policy

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your session at least 7 days before the scheduled session you booked.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. This should be emailed to: update@bgreviews.com

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date of your booked session. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If you cancel your session less than 7 days before, you are not entitled to a refund as fees are paid in advance. For uncontrollable circumstances a decision will be made by 'bgreviews' as to whether a partial refund will be given. Please send a comprehensive email to update@bgreviews.com explaining your situation.
